Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international delivery at this time.
Processing Times
Diaper Cakes – As each cake is handcrafted, please allow 2–3 working days for processing before dispatch.
Baby Products – In-stock items such as bottles or accessories are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available on selected products only).
Please note: delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, or bank holidays.

Free Delivery: Orders over £500

Bespoke Orders
For customised diaper cakes (£180+ budgets), delivery times may vary depending on design requirements and product availability. We will confirm estimated delivery when you place your bespoke order via WhatsApp.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or provide instructions for redelivery. Please follow the courier’s tracking updates for details.
Damaged or Missing Items
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bearbearche.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, so we can assist you promptly.
Personalised Messages
Every diaper cake includes the option of a handwritten note card. To include your own message, please write it in the “Special Instructions” box on the cart page before checkout. We’ll carefully handwrite your note and include it inside the gift.
Important Notes
Bear Bear Che is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or factors outside our control.
We recommend placing your order early if you need your gift by a specific date (e.g. baby shower or newborn arrival).
