At Bear Bear Che, we take pride in delivering your gifts and baby products with care. Below you will find details about our delivery areas, processing times, shipping options, and important information to review before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to offer international delivery at this time.

Processing Times

Processing times apply before dispatch and may vary depending on product type and order volume.

• Nappy Cakes: As each cake is handcrafted, please allow 2 to 3 working days for processing before dispatch.
• Baby Products: In-stock items such as bottles and accessories are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, available on selected products only.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, including Christmas, New Year, bank holidays, promotional periods, or times of high courier demand.

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: £6.50
• Express Delivery: £9.00
• Free Delivery: Available on orders over £200

Delivery charges will be shown and confirmed at checkout before you complete your order.

Bespoke Orders

For customised nappy cakes with budgets of £180 or more, delivery times may vary depending on design requirements, availability of materials, and sourcing timelines. We will confirm an estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe when your bespoke order is placed via WhatsApp.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or provide instructions for rearranging delivery, depending on the courier’s policies. Please check the courier’s tracking updates for the latest status and next steps.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take care to ensure that your order arrives safely and complete. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bearbearche.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue where possible.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer law. 

Personalised Messages

Every nappy cake may include a handwritten note card. If you would like to include a personal message, please enter it in the “Special Instructions” box on the cart page before checkout. We will handwrite your message and include it with the gift.

Important Notes

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, transport issues, or incomplete or inaccurate delivery details provided at checkout.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible if you need it for a specific occasion, such as a baby shower, welcome-home gift, or newborn arrival. Unless a specific delivery period has been agreed with you, goods should be delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being made.
