Welcome to Bear Bear Che. These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you may use our website and purchase products from us. By placing an order with Bear Bear Che, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

General Information
Bear Bear Che is a UK-based business offering handcrafted nappy cakes and curated baby products sourced from around the world. All products are subject to availability.

Orders
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is not acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Bear Bear Che is formed only when we confirm that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where products are unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund you in full.

Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods made available on our website.

Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the UK only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, transport disruption, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If you purchase goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and then return them within a further 14 days, without giving a reason. This cancellation right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items unless they are faulty or damaged.
Because our nappy cakes and certain handcrafted items are personalised or made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for these products unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
For non-personalised products, returns may be accepted if you notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the items within 14 days after notifying us. Returned items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
To request a return or report a problem, please contact us at bearbearche.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and full details. Refunds, where due, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where appropriate, evidence of the issue.

Personalised Messages
Our nappy cakes may include a handwritten note based on the message you provide. We reserve the right to refuse any message that we consider offensive, abusive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable.

Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly in relation to handcrafted items, packaging, colours, and presentation.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, Bear Bear Che shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
All baby products must be used strictly in accordance with any care or safety instructions and under appropriate adult supervision.
